Happy Oaks Ecommerce Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview
The Happy Oaks Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved affiliates to
earn commissions by promoting Happy Oaks Ecommerce products through unique
tracking links. By participating in this Program, you agree to comply with
all terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Commission Structure
- Base commission rate: 10% on all qualifying sales
- Tier 2 (10+ sales/month): 12% commission rate
- Tier 3 (50+ sales/month): 15% commission rate
- Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount excluding taxes, shipping, and returns
- Cookie duration: 30 days from initial click
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly, 30 days after the end of each calendar month
- Minimum payout threshold: $50.00
